loved the double room with comfortable bed, fridge plus ac i was given. an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware were available. the location of the hotel was remote, right by wadi al arbeieen and a valley with a view on the wadi to swim in on the other side of the dirt road.

The accommodation, oh my goodness, it was absolutely stunning and peaceful! Nestled in the breathtaking Wadi, it's a hidden gem that's totally worth the journey. Driving with a 4WD is recommended, but everyone does it. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, with crisp and new bed sheets and towels that made for a comfortable stay. The location is like a retreat, surrounded by picturesque wadis just a stone's throw away. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had detailed directions to reach the resort. And let me tell you, the natural beauty of the area, with its stunning lake for a refreshing swim and incredible hiking trails, is simply mind-blowing. The owner, Shihab, was a delightful host, readily engaging in conversation and even treating us to authentic Omani coffee and homemade bread. With no internet or alcohol, it truly allows you to disconnect and find peace within yourself. Definitely a place to unwind and relax.
